Start in Loveland with the toasty Munich malts of Root Shoot Malting. Head to the forests surrounding the mountain town of Paonia, and add floral resin and piney earthiness drawn from High Wire’s Nugget and Willamette hops. Head back toward Denver to pick up some Colorado pale ale yeast, grown in the labs of Inland Island, then sit back and enjoy a beautiful sensory trip through our wonderful state!
