Part of what makes Cheluna beer so good is, of course, our beer recipes, which have been refined and practiced for almost 30 years with great attention to detail.
The other part of what makes our beer delicious is that Javi, our head brewer and ER physician, brings those sterile work habits from his medical practice to the Cheluna brewhouse, insisting on very strict standards of super-clean and sanitary beer production. All of our beer is made on-site – take a peek through the windows behind our bar!
We hope that you enjoy your Cheluna ‘chela’ (or beer), and can taste the love, patience, and dedication that goes into every keg, glass, and growler. Javi does not release a beer before its time! #chelunalove
