Welcome to Tomás!

Last month we bid our brewer Eric goodbye, and welcomed our new brewer, Tomás Barrios, to Cheluna! Aside from his awesome sense of humor, Tomás is a consummate professional, having completed graduate studies in brewing science in Scotland before spending time brewing for Upslope in Boulder. We’re super lucky to have Tomás with us and we’re looking forward to his first Cheluna beer recipe, coming to our taps muy pronto!
